The company turned out to be one of the most diversified service provider that includes not only "Transportation" in which the Shipping Agency activities and even more, logistics activities are involved but also "Trading". In other words, Group has been structered in a way where there are two core activities.

Transport business is an industry that has evolved from traditional style being point to point into the higher level in the value-chain by providing integrated solutions to its customer base. Since year 2000 the company created its logistics branch and developed into a large scale operations along with its successfully ongoing maritime agency activities.
Future strategy of the company is to have two major divisions which are ;

1) Value-added services in logistics ,
2) Maritime related activities.

Our company is committed to develop Liner and Logistics activities throughout the Black Sea, so defines itself as a Regional Group. Fully supporting the economic and commercial developments and trade to these individual countries.
